The villa is located inside the Plumeria Place villa resort by Bangrak Beach in Koh Samui, one of the best locations on the island, close to everything but still very peaceful. Plumeria Place has as one of the few villa resorts in Samui stuck to the plan and only built villas in the original planned design, which makes it stand out as a very uniform and homogeneous resort.

 

It is located within walking distance of small shops and local restaurants, and is only a short drive from the popular Fisherman's Village which has the best selection of restaurants on the island. The tourist hub of Chaweng is a 12 minute drive away, close enough for dinner and shopping, and far enough away to not feel that one is it the middle of it.

 

The villa resort also owns the land adjacent to the beach, meaning that the beach is more or less semi-private as it is otherwise hard to access. It is a 3 minute walk from the villa to the beach.

 

The airport is only a 10 minute drive away, which makes it extremely convinient for arrivals and departures. Despite this close location, then there is no aircraft noise as the resort is located parrallel to the runway and the aircraft therefore do not overfly the resort.

 

There are three golf courses within 13 km, and major supermarkets and hospitals within a 15 minutes drive.
