Two bedroom luxury villa located in a gated villa resort on Bang Rak Beach in Koh Samui. Central but Peaceful Location

 

The villa is located inside the Plumeria Place gated villa resort on Bangrak Beach. One of the best locations on the island, close to everything but still extremely peaceful once one is inside the villa resort. It is a 3 minute walk to the semi-private beach which is part of the resort.

 

There are small shops, restaurants and spas within walking distance. It is close to the airport and a short drive from Fisherman's Village, which has the best selection of restaurants on the island.

The two storey bedroom building has one bedroom on each floor, each with an en-suite bathroom with an outdoor sunken bathtub. And with a very nice sea-view to the North towards Koh Phanghan from the upstairs bedroom.

 

The living room building consists of an open kitchen, a dining area, a sitting area with LCD satellite TV and stereo with in- and out-door speakers, and a guest toilet. There is Wifi throughout the villa.

 

Last building is the outdoor Sala, an open area with a sofa and a dining table, this is where most of the time is spent, especially during the very peaceful evenings. All buildings have built-in ceiling fans and the split type air-conditoners (bedroom and living building only).

 

There is a very well maintained garden in front of the house with beautiful Plumeria flower trees. Additionally there is a carport, outdoor shower and a storage room.

 

 

Maintenance and Service

 

The villa management company takes care of garden and pool service, and also provides 24-hours security. This is paid for by a monthly management fee of THB 8,200 per month.

 

The rental management is done by a British owned local company, who takes care of cleaning, laundry, airport transfer, guest services, minor maintenance and payment of local bills. The fee for this is THB 10,000 per month. This is obviously only required if one intend to rent out the villa.

 

Any other maintenance is done by two British contractors, who are highly reliable and always does a good job at a fair price.
